Shipping and Delivery Policy

Order processing times are separate from shipping times. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

There may occasionally be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

PLEASE NOTE: that due to COVID-19, some countries are experiencing significant delays at customs and for internal deliveries of your parcel(s). If your parcel is currently in transit or awaiting clearance from customs, please note that we cannot assist in releasing your parcel as this is required to be initiated by the recipient.

Domestic Shipping

We currently offer deliveries within Mainland NZ by NZ Couriers.
North Island – 2-3 business days $15
South Island – Overnight delivery during business days $10
Rural delivery charge – $5 extra per order

Please note: Rural/non urban deliveries can take up to an additional 2/3 days longer.

Limited Label shall not be liable for any failure to deliver within a reasonable time whether the delay is due to causes beyond the control of Limited Label or otherwise.

International Shipping

For international shipping, we currently only ship to Australia, and the United Kingdom by FedEx. Our service is a fully tracked and insured service. Rates for Australia and United Kingdom are shown at checkout

PLEASE NOTE: All shipments overseas may be subject to Duty/Taxes in the country that they are destined for and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Orders over a certain value and/or being sent to certain countries may be require further proof of identity and/or be subject to payment.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right. We take great care in ensuring your product reaches you in perfect condition. Should your delivery have any signs of damage please contact us at [email protected] immediately and include a photo of the damage.

Refunds and Exchanges

Any refund and return or exchange is at our sole discretion. We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act for any faulty goods, provided we are notified as soon as any defect or fault is found with the product(s).

Can you deliver to a PO Box?

We don’t deliver to PO Boxes sorry and all deliveries require a signature.

What if an issue is sold out?

There are only a limited number of each artist edition released. Once they are sold out, there will be no further bottles produced of that specific artist issue.

Am I able to cancel my order?

Once an order is processed, we cannot cancel or modify a shipment.

How can I track my order?

Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with corresponding tracking information.
